This session deals with how to develop markets outside the venture's home market. Strategies for international market development include setting up subsidiaries, licensing, acquisitions, as well as knowing the decisive criteria in choosing one strategy over another, the most common pitfalls, and the implications of choosing one market development strategy over the other.
